Welcome to NaoCloud Technologies Pte Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform and services. By accessing or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

When purchasing access to hardware resources, you are entitled to the rights associated with usage, not physical ownership. All hardware remains under the control of NaoCloud Technologies Pte Ltd.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with or without notice. We will attempt to provide notice for planned maintenance and major service updates.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior. You may terminate your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NaoCloud Technologies Pte Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NaoCloud Technologies Pte Ltd is incorporated.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its formation, performance, or breach, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed upon arbitration organization in accordance with its applicable rules.

The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Uptime Commitment

We guarantee a monthly uptime of 99.9% under normal operations. Uptime refers to the availability of our GPU compute infrastructure and backend services.

Our infrastructure is monitored 24/7. Proactive alerts are used to detect slowdowns or failures, and we deploy fixes as quickly as possible.

If uptime drops below 99.9% in a given calendar month (excluding maintenance and third-party outages), affected users may request service credits as follows:
